Garden

Dana and I finally got something planted in the garden (the one down the road a couple of miles at a friend’s house). It was ready some time ago; then it got flooded by a neighbor’s pond that overflowed. It needed re-tilling after that, but it kept raining. Now, however, that has been accomplished. While it may be too late (even in this area), we still planted some cold weather crops that we had bought some time back: lettuce, cabbage, spinach, sugar snap peas, and potatoes (I think the potatoes, at least, will be fine). We also planted a row of green beans. We’ll wait on the tomatoes and peppers and squash until we get back. I forgot the camera. Sorry.
