Bailey Visit Day 2

After deciding that the line of storms was going to go south of us, we headed east to a place called Deep Creek, which is just inside of the Smoky Mountain National Park. You can rent tubes for $3 each and keep them all day. So we tubed down the creek, walked back up, tubed down, walked up…

After turning them in, we hiked some trails to look at/play in some waterfalls. Everyone had a great time, but now everyone is worn out. Thankfully, the transmission light didn’t come on in the minivan until we were almost home.

Unfortunately, the Baileys are leaving tomorrow—too short of a visit, but we have enjoyed them being here.
